PROJECT OVERVIEW
Four-level 146 bed aged care complex, with basement parking. Involved the refurbishment of a two-storey heritage-listed building with an extension of new facilities for low and high care residents
Mechanical Services Works consisted of:
- VRV Air Conditioning Systems, including Refrigeration, Ductwork and Diffusion.
- Supply and Exhaust Systems and Fans.
- Kitchen Exhaust.
- Evaporative Cooling.
- Comms Room AC Units.
- Central Controls.
- MSSBs and Electrical.
- Testing and Commissioning.
